In the morning of August 31^st, the founding conference of the Henan Province Teachers Education Collaborative Innovation Alliance and the signing ceremony of strategic cooperation between Beijing Normal University and Henan Normal University was held in the music hall of our university. Huo Jinhua, vice-governor of Henan Province, Dong Qi, president of Beijing Normal University, Zheng Bangshan,  full – time deputy secretary of provincial party committee colleges and universities working committee, deputy secretary of party committee provincial department of education, Hao Fanghua, deputy president of Beijing Normal University, Zhi Wei, deputy mayor of Xin Xiang City of Henan Province, Zhao Guoxiang, party secretary of Henan Normal University, Chang Junbiao, president of Henan Normal University, and Liu Yufang, vice president of Henan Normal University attended the ceremony. Mao Jie, Vice-Director of Provincial Education Department and Party member chaired the meeting.

Zhao Guoxiang introduced the development history and current situation of our university. He held the view that the achievement of the strategic cooperation with Beijing Normal University contributes to a full play to education resource advantages in Beijing and Henan province, improving the career development of teachers education, and further promoting win-win cooperation between two universities.

Huo Jinhua and Dong Qi jointly inaugurated Henan Teachers Education Collaborative Innovation Alliance. Hao Fanghua and Liu Yufang signed the agreement of a strategic partnership between Beijing Normal University and Henan Normal University. Mao Jie read the member list of Henan Teachers Education Collaborative Innovation Alliance and the list of Council members.

Dong Qi said:“The establishment of Henan Teachers Education Collaborative Innovation Alliance represented an important attempt to lead the reform and innovative development of teachers’ education in the new era. In the future, Beijing normal university and Henan province will carry out specific work on issues such as  the teachers’ quality construction and disciplines construction, education and teaching, talent cultivation, scientific research and social services, development planning and jointly construction of Henan province and the Ministry of Education”.

Chang Junbiao claimed: “Henan Normal University is the attached institution of Henan Teachers Education Collaborative Innovation Alliance secretariat. So our university needs to improve communication between two universities and be a stronger leader of Henan teachers’ education cause and a strong supporter of promoting Henan province more outstanding in our country. ”

Zheng Bangshan pointed out: “Henan Teachers Education Collaborative Innovation Alliance is a mechanism of win-win development; its establishment delivered an important and far-reaching significance. On the one hand, it is an effective form of implementing the major decisions and arrangements of the party central committee and the provincial government about the construction of teachers' ranks; on the other hand, it is also an urgent need to promote the reform and development of our provincial teacher’s education.”

Henan Province Teachers Education Collaborative Innovation Alliance is a non-profit, unincorporated education academic organization with the guidance and coordination of the provincial department of education, taking normal universities in Henan province as the main body, involving education administrative departments at all levels and high-quality primary and middle schools and kindergartens, aiming at jointly building and sharing high-quality education resources. Beijing Normal University and Henan Normal University will carry out cooperation and exchanges in the aspects of teacher team and discipline construction, education teaching and talent cultivation, scientific research and social service, development planning and jointly construction ofHenan province and the Ministry of Education., promotion of teacher education characteristics and the construction of the normal university alliance.
