个人简介:

杨清香,河南省洛阳市人,19886月参加工作,博士, 教授,博士生导师,校特聘教授,河南师范大学生命科学学院微生物学学科带头人,教育部“新世纪优秀人才支持计划”获得者,河南省杰出创新青年计划获得者,河南省杰出创新人才计划获得者,河南省教育厅学术技术带头人,中国生态学会微生物生态专业委员会委员。国家自然科学基金的通讯评审专家,国际多家SCI期刊评审专家,河南省“师德标兵”获得者,河南省“五一”劳动奖章获得者。主讲本科生的《微生物学 》、《环境微生物学》等课程;研究生的《现代微生物学进展》、《环境工程微生物学》、《微生物生态学》等课程。


















研究领域:

主要从事资源微生物、环境微生物及微生物应用工程研究,率先在国内开展酵母菌废水处理技术研究,首次发现酵母菌中能产生锰依赖过氧化物酶,突破常规的生物强化理念,研发处理印染废水的高效真菌脱色技术和难降解废水的深度处理技术,并在多家企业得以应用;率先在国内开展抗生素对土壤环境微生态系统的风险及机制研究,系统阐明了四环素类抗生素污染对小麦生长和小麦根际微生物生态系统产生的影响及剂量效应关系,该领域的研究走在了国际前沿;较早在国内开展污水处理系统与微生物群落的进化机制研究,利用各种环境分子生物学技术阐明了多种不同污水处理系统中的微生物群落结构、功能以及种群定向进化过程。
