庞善起，男，二级教授，博士，博士生导师，河南师范大学数学与信息科学学院副院长，河南省学术和技术带头人，任美国数学评论评论员。1986年获河南师范大学理学学士；1989年获中国科学院理学硕士学位；2004年获西安电子科技大学理学博士学位。2005年3月至2005年9月，在日本名古屋大学大学进行访问研究。1989年至今，在河南师范大学数学与信息科学学院任教。
