杜蛟，男，湖北英山人。1999年9月—2003年6月在湖北师范大学数学与统计学院数学与应用数学专业学习，获理学学士学位；2003年7月—2005年8月在河南省长垣一中工作；2005年9月—2008年6月在河南师范大学数学与信息科学学院攻读硕士研究生，获理学硕士学位；2009年9月—2013年9月在北京邮电大学网络与交换技术国家重点实验室攻读密码学专业博士研究生，获军事学博士学位，2013年9月至今在河南师范大学数学与信息科学学院工作。
