个人简介:

    博士,副教授,博士生导师。2004-2008年就读于华南理工大学食品质量与安全专业;2008-2013年就读于华南理工大学制糖工程专业,获工学博士学位。2014年1月到河南师范大学生命科学学院工作至今。2016-2017年以访问学者身份在芬兰赫尔辛基大学食品卫生与环境健康系学习。先后主持国家自然科学基金、河南省自然科学基金、河南省青年人才托举工程项目等8项。在Applied and Environmental Microbiology、International Journal of Food Microbiology、Food Research International等期刊发表论文30余篇。

研究领域:

食品微生物污染与控制。主要的研究方向包括1、食源性致病菌生物被膜形成机制;2、食源性致病菌对环境压力的应激反应;3、食源性致病菌的快速检测。
