个人简介:

2010年09月~2016年05月:在军事医学研究院生物工程研究所完成硕博课题;

2016年06月:获首都师范大学遗传学博士学位;

2016年12月~2018年11月:河南师范大学生物学流动站在站博士后;

2018年12月~至今:河南师范大学生命科学学院讲师、硕士生导师。

主持河南省重点研发与推广专项(科技攻关)、河南省高等学校重点科研项目计划、河南省博士后启动基金及河南师范大学博士科研启动基金等;参与国家自然科学基金和“973”等国家级项目。主讲本科生《分子生物学》、《食品化学》等专业必修课程。指导本科生参加全国大学生生命科学竞赛暨河南省大学生生命科学竞赛,获国家二/三等奖、河南省一/二等奖,并获“优秀指导教师”称号。目前指导2名在读硕士研究生。在FASEB J,BMC GENOMICS,iScience,Front. Genet.,Biochem. Biophys. Res. Commun.,PeerJ,Mol. Biol.等SCI期刊和中文核心期刊发表科研论文30余篇。

研究领域:

表观遗传学,研究方向为三维基因组的结构与功能。

研究内容:(1)细胞周期表观遗传信息传递;(2)利用再生模型和肝病模型,通过多组学的整合分析解析肝再生及肝纤维化等表观调控机制,寻找肝病的生物标志物及靶点药物。研究技术/方法包括但不限于Chromatin Conformation Capture(Hi-C)、(sc)ATAC-seq、ChIP-seq、(sc)CUT&Tag(Run)、HiCuT、Hi-TrAC、(sc)RNA-seq等。
